Our next West Oxford CAP (Christians Against Poverty) Job Club course will run on Monday mornings from Monday 13th April to Monday 29th June (excluding Bank Holidays) from 10am to 12 noon at St Andrew’s Church, Dean Court, just off the Eynsham Road.
The CAP Job Club course is for those looking for work, or for a change from their existing employment. The course includes practical tools to finding work, staying motivated, evidencing skills, writing CVs and practising interviews. The Job Club is run by Job Club coaches and other volunteers with experience ranging from project management, teaching and HR, to publishing, self-employment and entrepreneurship. As well as group support, one-to-one help is offered from the coaches to tackle personal barriers to finding work.
The course is free, and open to all those with a right to work in the UK, regardless of their religion or belief.
If you would like more information, or are interested in joining the course, please email Job Club manager Grace Henderson Slater on [email protected] or call 07407 688504.
