Join us at 10:30am on Sunday morning as we celebrate Mothering Sunday with a service streamed from St Michael’s.
Mothering Sunday is a day of mixed emotions, joy mingled with grief, sorrow and regret. Not least this year when the the ongoing pandemic means we are torn between our need to keep life going, to celebrate relationship and kindness, and the fear and imposed isolation that we still face.
We will bring all this to God and give thanks for all those who play mothering roles in our lives, including Mums and Grandmas, Teachers, Care Staff and Doctors and Nurses among many others.
Our service is led by Jonathan and Jessica Turner is preaching from 2 Corinthians 1:3-7.
